Description

You will design, develop, and optimize scalable Workato integrations and automation solutions. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement API-led and event-driven automation solutions using Workato Recipes, Connectors, and Webhooks.
• Integrate SaaS platforms including Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and Snowflake with ERP/HRIS systems.
• Drive integration best practices, governance, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex enterprise integration patterns and custom connectors.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to execute automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Integration & Automation.
• Hands-on expertise in Workato, including Recipes, Connectors, and Workflow Automation.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, and API security.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and Snowflake.
• Expertise in enterprise integration patterns and data transformation.
• Experience with AI automation, LLM integrations, and Workato Genies is a plus.
• Exposure to MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Workato Certification.
• Agile experience.
