You will design, develop, configure, and support workforce management solutions using Infor Workbrain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure custom modules, rules, and interfaces in Infor Workbrain.
• Implement and support functionalities including time and attendance, labor management, pay rules, accruals, and scheduling.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom rules and reports using Workbrain tools and frameworks.
• Integrate Workbrain with HR, payroll, and ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Workday.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workbrain configurations, rules, and data.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Workbrain (7.0 or higher) development and support.
• Strong knowledge of Workbrain modules including timekeeping, pay rules, accruals, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Workbrain Application Framework (WAF).
• Experience with integration technologies including APIs, web services, and ETL tools.
• Experience integrating with SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Workday.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
