Description

You will configure and support business process solutions within Workday Adaptive Planning across various projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain sheets, formulas, access rules, reports, and dashboards in Adaptive Planning.
• Develop and maintain integrations between systems and within Adaptive Planning (instance to instance).
• Collaborate with the US-based team to manage key projects and ensure effective communication across time zones.
• Support data mapping activities for business and analytic needs.
• Resolve system configuration issues through collaboration with business customers and the vendor, including On-Call support during peak submission phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, and subqueries.
• Experience configuring sheets, formulas, access rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of system integrations.
• Ability to construct data models and generate reports.
• Familiarity with HCM processes.
• Familiarity with Apex.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledgeable with annual Planning and Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Understanding of Snowflake’s integration with other data tools and platforms.
