Description

Manage financial planning and analysis processes using the Workday Adaptive Planning platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support business requirements within Workday Adaptive Planning for the AMS model.
• Conduct dynamic forecasting using real-time data and changing business conditions.
• Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards to visualize KPIs and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with finance teams and department heads to gather requirements for budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic planning and decision-making.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience configuring and maintaining Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Direct experience with the AMS Model.
• Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and core financial concepts.
• Proficiency in creating and interpreting complex financial reports and dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong consulting and presentation skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
