Description

You will serve as the primary Workday owner and administrator, stabilizing the system and guiding stakeholders through a maturing post-implementation environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Core HCM and Advanced Compensation modules, including security configuration and reporting.
  • Manage EIBs, integrations with ADP and Concur, and support upcoming Cloud Connect payroll and People Analytics deployments.
  • Assess the current HCM setup to identify gaps, implement improvements, and establish formal process documentation.
  • Provide hands-on technical support, resolve tickets quickly, and coordinate directly with stakeholders and the current HRIS Project Manager.
  • Lead learning, training, and stabilization efforts for the team during the initial phase of the role.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
  • Deep expertise in Core HCM and Advanced Compensation.
  • Proven experience with Workday implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in managing EIBs, security administration, and configuration.
  • Experience integrating Workday with external systems such as ADP and Concur.
  • Strong ability to assess system health and identify technical gaps.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Dependable, responsive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, small-team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Recruiting module administration.
  • Background in creating and maintaining technical documentation and training materials.
