Description

You will administer the Workday HRIS ecosystem, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and efficient support for global HR and Finance teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Learning, and Talent & Performance.
  • Manage business process configurations, security assignments, and system testing for enhancements and updates.
  • Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support HR, Finance, and business analytics needs.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to translate HR requirements into technical solutions and drive process improvements.
  • Perform regular data audits, validation checks, and compliance efforts for regulations such as SOX and GDPR.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience with deep expertise in Workday.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and the employee data lifecycle.
  • Ability to build complex Workday reports and perform data analysis.
  • Experience configuring HCM, Absence, and Talent modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations (SOX, GDPR).
  • Experience supporting a global workforce and managing competing priorities.
