Description

You configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM, Recruiting, and related modules to enable core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday functionality within HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Talent & Performance, and Absence.
  • Own business process configuration, security assignments, system testing, and implementation activities.
  • Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support HR, Finance, and business needs.
  • Perform regular data audits and validation checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into system solutions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, specifically in Workday.
  • Deep understanding of HR business processes and the employee data lifecycle.
  • Experience building Workday reports and performing data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to partner with stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure or expertise in Workday Recruiting, HCM, Absence, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Compensation.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
  • Experience supporting a global and growing workforce.
