You will serve as a subject matter expert in Workday AI, driving strategic adoption across client engagements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on designing, implementing, and enhancing Workday AI capabilities to meet business objectives.
• Lead the architecture, configuration, and deployment of AI-driven features within Workday modules (HCM, Finance, Payroll).
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Establish and enforce standards and methodologies for Workday AI deployments, ensuring compliance.
• Mentor internal teams on AI advancements within the Workday ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday platforms.
• 2+ years focused on AI/ML integrations.
• Advanced understanding of AI concepts and machine learning algorithms in enterprise SaaS.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio and Workday Extend, including relevant APIs.
• Demonstrated experience in HCM, Finance, and Payroll modules.
• Skills in Python or R for technical solutioning.
• Strong abilities in Project Management and analytical problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of thought leadership in the HRIS or ERP domain.
