Description

You will manage the analysis, design, development, and implementation of the Workday HCM system and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM system projects, including upgrades, enhancement packages, releases, and process redesigns.
• Conduct system and process analysis throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure scalability and support for integrations.
• Administer Workday HCM configurations, security, process flow maps, and system authentication.
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve complex issues and advise on system design and user experience.
• Develop processes to support global HR teams while ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience with Workday HCM or a comparable HRMMS.
• Experience in system analysis, design, and development.
• Ability to manage Workday HCM supporting data integrations.
• Knowledge of system configuration and security administration.
• Experience conducting system and process analysis for ongoing support.
• Any graduate degree.

• Experience with Workday Recruiting, Talent & Performance Management, and Compensation.
