Description

You will design and implement long-term reporting solutions and self-service data capabilities within the Workday ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy for self-service data access to enable leadership querying.
• Build and deliver reports based on specific business requirements.
• Design scalable and sustainable solutions for long-term data access.
• Utilize Workday architecture knowledge to ensure effective solution design.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience working with Workday.
• Deep understanding of Workday data and architecture.
• Experience with Workday Core Modules.
• Ability to handle reporting requirements across HR, Compensation, Learning, Benefits, and Payroll modules.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Workday Recruiting.
• Experience with Talent Acquisition or Talent Management modules.
