Description

You will support a Workday implementation by serving as the primary technical and functional resource for HR and IS teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for HR staff to support system understanding and decision-making.
• Coordinate with the implementation partner to ensure all planned tasks are completed.
• Build new configurations from scratch, specifically for attendance tracking and alignment with organizational agreements.
• Align system configurations across three separate payroll systems to ensure consistency across different corporate entities.
• Partner with IS analysts to accelerate functional system knowledge and requirement validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Workday analyst experience.
• Deep functional expertise in Workday HCM.
• Working knowledge of Workday FIN.
• Working knowledge of Workday SCM.
• Experience configuring attendance and time-tracking modules.
• Ability to align complex configurations across multiple payroll systems and entities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
