You will manage the configuration, maintenance, and functional support of Workday HCM modules.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain HCM functional areas including recruiting, benefits, compensation, absence management, time tracking, payroll, talent, or performance management.
Translate business requirements from subject matter experts into functional and technical solutions.
Manage security configurations and role assignments.
Automate processes using Workday custom reporting and other technical solutions.
Execute data validations and audits to ensure system integrity.
Lead testing for system upgrades and new functionality releases.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience designing, configuring, and supporting multiple Workday functional areas.
Proficiency in HCM modules and analytical data evaluation.
Ability to analyze data, establish logical connections, and make decisions based on findings.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
Advanced experience with security administration, integrations, and global company configuration.
Experience building dashboards and creating advanced, matrix, or composite reports.
