Description

You will develop and maintain applications within the Workday ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Configure Workday business processes, custom validations, calculated fields, and condition rules.
• Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards to support operational and financial needs.
• Monitor and manage integrations between Workday and third-party systems, troubleshooting data flow failures.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for enhancements and change requests.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated hands-on Workday experience across HCM, Payroll, and Financials systems.
• 5+ years of relevant enterprise system support experience.
• Proven experience with Workday Integrations, including Studio and Core Connectors.
• Proficiency with Web Services, specifically SOAP and REST.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business processes into technical solutions.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes and custom validations.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data.
