Description

You will design, build, and maintain Workday integrations and custom business logic across HCM, Payroll, and Financials.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Configure business processes, custom validations, calculated fields, and condition rules.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards for operational and financial needs.
• Monitor third-party system integrations and troubleshoot data flow failures.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for enhancements and change requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise system support experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience with HCM, Payroll, and Financials.
• Proven expertise in Workday Integrations (Studio, Core Connectors).
• Proficiency with Web Services, specifically SOAP and REST.
• Strong analytical skills for translating business processes into technical solutions.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes and custom validations.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Experience with EIB and Core Connectors.
