Description

You will lead the architecture, design, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions across multiple modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and deployment of Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Time Tracking.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams to design scalable, secure solutions.
• Drive Workday integrations, ensuring data integrity and security across the ecosystem.
• Act as SME for configuration, reports, EIBs, Studio, and Workday Extend.
• Guide governance, compliance, and privacy best practices while leading testing, UAT, and cutover support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of HRIS experience, with 5+ years in a Workday Architect or Lead role.
• Expertise in Workday configuration, security, and integrations (EIB, Studio, Connectors).
• Proven experience across multiple Workday modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.
• Strong skills in Advanced/Composite reporting and data structure design.
• Experience with Workday Extend.
• Proven track record in large-scale Workday implementations.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Time Tracking module.
• Background in compliance and privacy best practices.
