Description

Lead large-scale Workday architecture and integration strategies for enterprise implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full Workday implementation cycles from configuration through to deployment.
• Design and manage complex integrations using Workday Studio and EIBs.
• Optimize business processes and security policies across the Workday platform.
• Oversee Workday reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive cross-functional team alignment and requirements gathering.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of direct experience working within Workday.
• 7-10 years of experience in HRIS or Financial systems.
• Workday certification in HCM or Financials modules.
• Expertise in Workday Studio and EIBs.
• Proven track record leading 3-5 full Workday implementation cycles.
• Deep knowledge of Workday security, business processes, and reporting.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Background in HCM and Financials systems.

Preferred Skills

• 13+ years of total working experience.
• Any Graduate degree.
