Description

You will design and develop complex Workday HCM solutions to meet business stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex Workday HCM solutions and system architectures.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of new Workday releases and enhancements.
• Validate and challenge technical or functional solutions to ensure alignment with project guidelines and best practices.
• Guide business users in reviewing and leveraging changes within Workday releases.
• Mentor junior colleagues on solutioning and testing while collaborating with security, reporting, and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday configuration and HCM solutions.
• Deep understanding of the full Workday HCM landscape and module interactions.
• Experience with Workday HCM modules and ecosystem integration.
• Proficiency in developing process flow and system design documents.
• Experience using Workday Community and case management.
• Knowledge of Workday heat maps and business processes.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and evolve customer experience through technology.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to business users and management.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
