Description

You will define the architecture vision and roadmap for Workday implementations across Hire-to-Retire capabilities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture vision and create roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy within the Workday platform.
• Lead and support Human Resources processes, including Time, Absence, and Payroll.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, policies, and governance frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise with Workday.
• Proficiency in HCM.
• Experience with Payroll.
• Knowledge of Time and Absence modules.
• Experience with Recruitment processes.
