Description

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure Workday to support complex business processes and organizational structures.
• Lead the design and implementation of Core HCM, Compensation, and Talent Management modules.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and system best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday implementation and configuration.
• Deep expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, and Talent Management modules.
• Proven experience with Workday reporting, integrations, and security frameworks.
• Experience leading Workday projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
