Description

Design technology and business architecture solutions for HR, Risk Management, and Governance during the transition from legacy HCM to Workday.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture for Workday modules including HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent Management, and Compensation.
• Manage Workday security and integration requirements to ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with Application Teams to build functional interactions with Workday.
• Oversee architectural alignment within an AWS-hosted environment.
• Leverage software development background to support technical implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architecture or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Workday modules: HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent Management, and Compensation.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Security and Workday Integrations.
• Strong AWS experience including EC2, S3, Lambda, and Step Functions.
• Experience with data tools such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Athena, Glue, SageMaker, Redshift, and RDS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
