Description

You will design and execute the end-to-end architecture for ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an E2E architecture for ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management systems to ensure seamless integration and data exchange.
• Lead the design and implementation of new system modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and process optimization.
• Create architecture roadmaps for enterprise systems and manage rollout and migration plans for the transformation journey.
• Architect and oversee integrations between Workday and other ERP components, including SAP S/4HANA and Coupa, to ensure data integrity.
• Design Workday architecture covering core HCM, talent management, compensation, and benefits.
• Maintain documentation for Workday and talent management architectures and integrations while ensuring designs adhere to security and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP, Supply Chain, Enterprise, and Financial systems.
• Proven experience implementing and integrating SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Primavera P6, Ecosys, Workday, and SAP Concur.
• Expertise in Workday architecture and integration with talent management applications.
• Deep understanding of ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management systems principles and technology trends.
• Ability to lead architecture initiatives and work effectively within a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for providing technical guidance to IT staff and business users.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
