Description

You will design end-to-end architectures for ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management systems, leading major technology transformation and migration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive E2E architecture for seamless integration and data exchange across all platforms.
• Lead the design and implementation of new ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management system modules.
• Architect and oversee integrations between Workday and other components, including SAP S/4HANA and Coupa.
• Create architecture roadmaps for enterprise systems and develop rollout and migration plans.
• Maintain technical documentation for Workday and talent management system architectures and integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP, Supply Chain, Enterprise, and Financial systems.
• Proven experience integrating SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Primavera P6, Ecosys, Workday, and SAP Concur.
• Deep expertise in Workday architecture and integration with talent management applications.
• Strong understanding of ERP, Supply Chain, Financial, and Talent Management system principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to lead architecture design and work effectively within a team.
• Experience managing architecture roadmaps for large-scale transformation journeys.

• Ensuring all architecture designs adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
