Description

You will manage and optimize employee benefits programs using the Workday HCM platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage HCM and Benefits business processes, including staffing rules, eligibility, and Open Enrollment support.
• Configure and maintain benefit plans to ensure accurate enrollment and timely updates.
• Analyze business requirements through customer sessions to solve complex functional problems.
• Monitor impacts of HCM and Benefits processes on data feeds to internal and external applications.
• Evaluate Workday updates and releases to implement new features for benefits administration.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Workday implementation and configuration support experience.
• Extensive experience with Workday Benefit and Compensation modules.
• In-depth knowledge of benefit plan setup within benefits and payroll functional areas.
• Proficiency with Workday Business Process framework.
• Experience with Alerts/Notification and Security configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Reporting and Dashboards.
• Competency with EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
• Analytical skills to generate and interpret complex reports.
• Strong consulting and presentation skills to manage customer expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Workday HCM or Benefit certification.
