Description

You will manage the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of Workday system enhancements and global transformation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Configure Workday Business Processes across Benefits, core HCM, and Time Off/LOA for multiple country implementations.
  • Partner with benefits stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and expand the Workday benefits footprint.
  • Lead requirement gathering, technical documentation, and the creation of test scripts for change transformation projects.
  • Execute system improvements and optimizations within HCM configuration.
  • Manage a prioritized backlog within an Agile team environment.

Required Skills

  • Workday Benefits Certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Functional HR Analyst or Configuration role.
  • Deep configuration expertise in Workday Benefits, core HCM, and Leave of Absence (LOA).
  • Experience with Global HR Transformation Programmes or HRIS BAU capacity.
  • Proficiency in creating Worker Data Loads and Master Data Updates using EIB.
  • Advanced Workday Reporting and Dashboard creation skills.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel transformation projects under accelerated timelines.
  • Strong documentation skills for technical and functional requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Workday Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and Performance modules.
