You will manage the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of Workday system enhancements and global transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Configure Workday Business Processes across Benefits, core HCM, and Time Off/LOA for multiple country implementations.
- Partner with benefits stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and expand the Workday benefits footprint.
- Lead requirement gathering, technical documentation, and the creation of test scripts for change transformation projects.
- Execute system improvements and optimizations within HCM configuration.
- Manage a prioritized backlog within an Agile team environment.
Required Skills
- Workday Benefits Certification.
- 5+ years of experience in a Functional HR Analyst or Configuration role.
- Deep configuration expertise in Workday Benefits, core HCM, and Leave of Absence (LOA).
- Experience with Global HR Transformation Programmes or HRIS BAU capacity.
- Proficiency in creating Worker Data Loads and Master Data Updates using EIB.
- Advanced Workday Reporting and Dashboard creation skills.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel transformation projects under accelerated timelines.
- Strong documentation skills for technical and functional requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Workday Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and Performance modules.
