Description

You will design, configure, and support Workday Benefits solutions to align business requirements with system capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Benefits, including eligibility/event rules, benefit groups, plans, and rates.
• Manage Open Enrollment, end-of-year activities, vendor file reporting, and out-of-sequence events.
• Develop and modify business processes while providing Tier 3 production support.
• Execute unit, end-to-end integration, and parallel testing for benefits modules.
• Lead data conversion mapping and testing from PeopleSoft to Workday.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday Benefits configuration.
• Proven experience with Workday Open Enrollment and end-of-year processing.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer and EIB loads.
• Direct experience in Data Conversion Mapping from PeopleSoft to Workday.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Workday Benefits issues at a Tier 3 level.
• Experience testing HCM integrations with external carriers and vendors.
• History of leading multiple full lifecycle Workday Benefits implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Functional knowledge of Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, and Payroll modules.
