Description

You will lead Workday implementation efforts with a focus on Benefits and Absence modules, while managing application architecture across cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute Workday deployment methodologies specifically for Benefits and Absence modules.
• Oversee application architecture and deployment across public, private, and hybrid cloud platforms.
• Develop cloud adoption plans and design scalable cloud applications.
• Manage cloud monitoring, application management, and system health tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday Benefits configuration and management.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Workday certifications in both Benefits and Absence modules.
• Experience with cloud application design and management in public, private, or hybrid environments.
• US Citizenship required.

• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
