Description

You will configure, test, and deploy Workday Benefits solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the Workday Benefits module.
• Gather requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
• Configure Benefits objects, including plans, programs, eligibility rules, and enrollment events.
• Collaborate with HCM, Payroll, and Security teams for data integration.
• Perform unit testing, UAT, and provide post go-live support.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in Workday Benefits implementation or support.
• Strong functional understanding of Benefits administration processes.
• Minimum foundational knowledge of Workday HCM (worker data, org structure, security).
• Ability to translate business needs into functional system configurations.
• Proficiency with Workday and Workday Benefits.
• Experience in functional documentation and training material creation.
• Knowledge of HCM integration points.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Workday Benefits with external vendors.
• Basic knowledge of Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields.
