Description

You will serve as a Workday Functional and Technical Analyst focusing on the Hire to Retire process.

Manage Core HRIS and Compensation workflows within the Hire to Retire lifecycle. Configure and maintain Workday integrations, Extend, reporting, and security protocols. Design solutions based on Workday's technical architecture and data model. Develop and troubleshoot integrations using web services and XML.

Responsibilities

• Manage Core HRIS and Compensation workflows across the Hire to Retire lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Workday Functional/Technical Analyst or in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of the Hire to Retire process, including Core HRIS and Compensation.
• Proven expertise in Workday integrations, Extend, reporting, and security.
• Strong knowledge of Workday technical architecture and data models.
• Hands-on experience with XML and web services.
• Experience with integration technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certification.
