Description

Key contributor to Workday implementation, supporting departments through requirements analysis and data management.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements across departments.
• Monitor, research, and support data quality and cleanup efforts with stakeholders.
• Perform user acceptance testing, research issues, and guide defect resolution.
• Manage tickets in JIRA and maintain project documentation including meeting notes and proposals.
• Perform data validation and synthesize multiple data sources into clear presentations.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with Workday HCM and/or Payroll.
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and concatenations.
• Experience with JIRA and data validation processes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for articulating messages to various audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and influence others.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations.
