Drive Workday implementation by leading requirements analysis, data management, and testing efforts across departments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements across departments.
• Monitor data quality, research issues, and support cleanup efforts with stakeholders.
• Perform user acceptance testing, research root causes, and guide defect resolution.
• Manage tickets in JIRA and maintain project documentation including meeting notes and proposals.
• Synthesize multiple data sources into clear presentations and validate data integrity.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with Workday HCM and/or Payroll.
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and concatenations.
• Experience with JIRA and data validation processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for articulating messages to various audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and influence others.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data visualization tools beyond Excel.
• Background in HR or Payroll domain processes.
