Description

You will lead Workday implementation as the primary subject-matter expert, owning the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Workday deployment, including configuration oversight, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and functional specifications.
• Manage implementation milestones, deliverables, risks, and deadlines across multiple business units.
• Partner with HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders to ensure functionality supports operational and compliance needs.
• Document processes, workflows, and best practices to enable long-term scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Lead with hands-on Workday experience.
• Proven track record in Workday deployment or large-scale system implementation (HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Time & Absence preferred).
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-department technology projects.
• Strong understanding of HR, Finance, and IT business processes.
• Excellent communication skills to engage executive stakeholders and end users.

• Experience with HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Time & Absence modules.
