Description

You will support internal projects as a Workday Procurement Business Analyst with a focus on Supplier Connection and Procure to Pay workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and planning to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Drive complex projects and coordinate with various stakeholder groups.
• Write, manage, and report on test scripts to facilitate system testing.
• Coordinate and participate in testing cycles while tracking progress.
• Support Workday implementations and Supplier Onboarding processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst at a major company.
• Deep expertise in Workday, specifically Procurement and Supplier Connection.
• Proven experience with Workday Procure to Pay.
• Strong project management skills to lead teams and complex workstreams.
• Experience creating, managing, and reporting on test scripts.
• Ability to manage testing coordination and progress tracking.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Smartsheet, including setup for a large company or PMO function.
• Experience working within the technology or media industries.
