Description

You will own Workday Procurement initiatives, translating business requirements into functional specifications and coordinating testing cycles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday Procurement initiatives, including Supplier Onboarding and Supplier Connections.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Create and manage test strategies, scripts, and cases for system and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Coordinate testing activities, monitor progress, and report results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support Workday implementations and enhancements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Workday, including implementations and testing coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Experience working with Supplier Onboarding and Supplier Connections within Workday.
• Proven ability to create, manage, and track test scripts and testing cycles.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Experience using Smartsheet or similar project/test management tools.
