Description

You will manage the configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday solutions to support Payroll, HR, and Accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions with stakeholders to define, plan, and document business requirements for application enhancements.
• Configure Workday Time Tracking and Payroll products and create detailed process documentation.
• Execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to troubleshoot errors and system deficiencies.
• Manage Workday system updates, releases, and the implementation of new functionality.
• Ensure all systems and processes comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other internal audit controls.
• Support year-end reporting activities and assist with disaster recovery task implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of expertise in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence processing.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience coordinating projects and developing functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of Payroll and Time Tracking/Absence business concepts and IT implications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Conceptual knowledge of third-party integrations.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and troubleshooting configuration changes.
• Ability to manage system updates and security features/controls.
• Valid California Driver's License.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Payroll or Absence certification.
• Demonstrated competence using Workday Report Writer.
