Lead post-production support and enhancements for Workday Financials while serving as the primary subject matter expert for clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Provide post-production support and enhancement services across multiple Workday Financials areas.
Document requirements, map processes, and implement best-practice configuration for new modules.
Lead client sessions to analyze, scope, and resolve complex business requirements.
Collaborate with the delivery team on incidents, root cause analysis, and daily operational tasks.
Mentor consultants and share knowledge to grow the practice and improve team capabilities.
Required Skills
5+ years of recent experience implementing or supporting Workday Financials.
Strong understanding of core Workday competencies including business processes, reporting, and security.
Deep expertise in at least one Workday Financials functional area.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Experience in operational support projects and deployment cycles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for strategic road mapping and advisory.
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks based on urgency, scope, and complexity.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Workday modules including Accounting, Banking & Settlements, Budgets, Expenses, Projects, and Cash Management.
