Description

You will own the end-to-end configuration and optimization of Workday modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and manage the full configuration lifecycle.
• Execute testing protocols to ensure system stability.
• Resolve and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the system.
• Propose process improvements and efficient ways of working.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to the internal team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday configuration.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday HR/HCM modules.
• Deep understanding of Workday Finance modules.
• Strong functional knowledge of Payroll processes.
• Ability to manage end-to-end Workday implementations and changes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Any graduate degree.
