Description

You will manage Workday Payroll and Recruitment configurations, ensuring system stability and operational alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Payroll and Recruitment modules to meet specific operational requirements.
• Own the configuration lifecycle, from initial setup through post-production support.
• Execute Workday payroll QA, system testing, and rigorous regression testing protocols.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues and communicate clear solutions to stakeholders.
• Support Workday upgrades and provide post-production support for payroll implementations.

Required Skills

• 4-5+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll and Recruitment configuration experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Workday Payroll QA and regression testing.
• Proven track record with Workday payroll and recruitment implementations.
• Strong understanding of Payroll Operations and post-production support workflows.
• Ability to work from the San Antonio, TX home office.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Payroll or Recruitment module certifications.
• Experience with Workday Integrations development and Workday Reporting.
