Workday Configuration Specialist | Agile / Scrum | Remote - EST Hours_

Join to deliver end-to-end Workday configuration in a fast-paced Scrum environment.

Location:_ 100% Remote. EST Business Hours 9 AM - 5 PM EST(6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST). Contract role.

🎯 _Required Skills:_  
- 7+ years hands-on Workday configuration experience in HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, etc.
- Strong in business process setup, security groups, custom notifications & tenant migration
- 2+ years working in structured Scrum / Kanban 
- Experience in user story refinement, creating test scenarios, unit testing & UAT support
- Familiar with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally & excellent communication skills
