We're hiring for various positions on Workday Configuration Specialist with hands-on experience configuring and maintaining core Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Benefits, Compensation, or Talent), Proven experience working inside a Scrum team, managing backlog items, and delivering configuration in sprints, Configure fields, business processes, security groups, and custom notifications within Workday, participate actively in all Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, partner with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate user stories into technical configuration specifications and related services.
