Description

You will configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, focusing on Payroll, Compensation, and Performance. You own the design and implementation of calculated fields, condition rules, and eligibility rules. You perform impact analysis on configuration changes, security, and integrations to ensure system stability.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Payroll, Compensation, and Performance.
• Design and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, and eligibility rules based on business requirements.
• Perform impact analysis on configuration, security, and integrations during upgrades and change requests.
• Create and execute test plans, track defects, and ensure issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in Workday HCM, specifically in a configurator role.
• Strong understanding of Workday modules: Payroll (Core, NAM, UK, or Global), Compensation, and Performance.
• Hands-on experience configuring calculated fields, condition rules, and eligibility rules.
• Experience analyzing configuration changes and their impact on security and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to perform impact analysis for Workday upgrades and change requests.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in large global organizations with Workday implementations or support.
• Strong knowledge of Workday business process frameworks.
