Description

Lead the technical and functional delivery of the Talent Marketplace and Internal Mobility program.

Drive project delivery for Skills, Talent Mobility, and Talent Marketplace workstreams. Configure skills ontology to map skill proficiency levels to specific jobs and roles. Implement capabilities for employees to assess skill gaps and access developmental options. Facilitate program execution to meet business goals, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to negotiate priorities and ensure objective alignment.

Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery for Skills, Talent Mobility, and Talent Marketplace workstreams.
• Configure skills ontology to map skill proficiency levels to specific jobs and roles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Talent Marketplace.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Skills Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Career Hub modules.
• Experience with Talent Mobility implementations.
• Proven expertise in detailed project planning and reporting.
• Experience managing IT implementation projects.
• Ability to manage both technical and non-technical workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing HR programs.
