Description

You will lead the technical configuration and delivery of the Workday Talent Marketplace and skills-based mobility programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery for the Talent Marketplace, Skills Cloud, and Career Hub modules.
• Configure skills ontology to map specific proficiencies to jobs and roles.
• Implement capabilities for employees to assess skill gaps and access developmental options.
• Facilitate the execution of the Internal Mobility program to meet business objectives and timelines.
• Present progress reports and project updates to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Workday configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Talent Marketplace.
• Direct experience with Workday Skills Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Career Hub modules.
• Experience managing IT implementations and technical workstreams.
• Expertise in detailed project planning and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project delivery.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing HR programs.
