Description

You implement and configure Workday Financial Management solutions for clients, owning the full lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for finance, accounting, and procurement processes.
• Configure Workday Financial Management modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Procurement.
• Design and implement integrations between Workday and external ERP, CRM, or payroll platforms.
• Provide system support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Partner with IT, finance, and HR teams to drive solution adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing Workday Financial Management in a consulting environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday Financial Management modules and business processes.
• Proficiency with Workday integrations including EIBs, Core Connector, and Workday Studio.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Solid grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable client recommendations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights for FP&A.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM and Payroll modules.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
