Description

You will provide functional system support to the Human Resources Department and manage Workday configurations to support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday modules including Recruiting, HCM, Security, Talent, and Performance.
• Develop, test, and implement new projects, enhancements, and interfaces across the Workday platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain various reports and calculated fields based on business requirements.
• Execute system regression testing after Workday upgrades to ensure business processes and security access remain intact.
• Document change management processes to satisfy internal and external audit controls and compliance practices.

Required Skills

• 2-5+ years of Workday configuration experience.
• Hands-on experience with HCM, Security, Talent, and Performance modules.
• Proficiency in creating calculated fields and designing reports.
• General understanding of Workday integrations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting system issues.
• Ability to translate HRIS knowledge into functional technical solutions.
• Experience implementing test plans and performing regression testing.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating system training documentation and delivering end-user training.
