Description

Provide functional system support and configuration for Workday Human Resources processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday modules including Recruiting, HCM, Security, Talent, and Performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and calculated fields based on business requirements.
• Execute system regression testing after Workday upgrades to validate business processes and security access.
• Develop test plans, troubleshoot system issues, and implement change management documentation for audit compliance.
• Create training documentation and deliver end-user training to ensure proper system utilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Workday configuration and functional support.
• Hands-on experience with Recruiting, HCM, Security, Talent, and Performance modules.
• Proficiency in creating calculated fields and designing Workday reports.
• General understanding of Workday integrations.
• Experience with system testing, implementation, and interface enhancements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
