Description

You will lead end-to-end Workday implementations for large-scale retail organizations, serving as the primary Subject Matter Expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Workday implementation projects from initiation through deployment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans in collaboration with stakeholders and systems integrator partners.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Workday functionality, advising on HR, Finance, and IT business processes.
• Coordinate closely with end-users to ensure functional requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management and Workday consulting.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience specifically as a Project Manager.
• Proven track record of completing 2–3 end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Mandatory hands-on experience within the Retail industry.
• Strong Workday SME knowledge with 4–5+ years of practical application.
• Proficiency in standard Project Manager methodologies.
• Understanding of HR, Finance, and IT business process integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale projects in environments with 20,000+ employees.
• Deep familiarity with Workday SME concepts and advanced configuration.
