Description

You will manage internal HR applications and provide technical guidance for HR processes and operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and upgrade Workday and other HRIS software.
• Manage Workday-related projects and optimize HR processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to HR employees and business stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
• Lead daily internal application functions and manage system changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS or related technical roles.
• Proven experience managing HRIS projects, tasks, or in a supervisory capacity.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to implement permanent resolutions.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Workday implementation and optimization.
