You will configure and maintain Workday modules, translating business requirements into system solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, and Finance.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
• Support Workday implementations, upgrades, and integration workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Workday HCM, Finance, or Integrations.
• Strong proficiency with Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Knowledge of Core Connectors and Workday integration tools.
• Good understanding of HR or Finance business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
