Description

You will lead Workday implementation, testing, and data migration initiatives, managing team workflows and technical delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test planning and strategy for Workday deployments.
• Manage people and oversee technical team workflows.
• Execute data migration testing from PeopleSoft systems to Workday.
• Utilize SQR and technical tools to ensure data integrity during transitions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Workday environments.
• Proven experience in a lead role managing people and projects.
• Direct experience with Test Planning and Test Strategy development.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft data migration.
• Proficiency with SQR for data validation and migration.
• Technical familiarity with APIs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
