You will implement and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence configurations for large organizations.
Responsibilities
Gather requirements, design, prototype, and test Workday Time Tracking and Absence through to Payroll.
Build and maintain Workday Reporting & Analytics.
Manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
Collaborate effectively across internal and external cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
3+ years implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence for large organizations.
3+ years experience in requirements gathering, design, prototyping, and testing Workday Time Tracking and Absence to Payroll.
3+ years building and maintaining Workday Reporting & Analytics.
Deep understanding of Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs.
Knowledge of Scheduling and Attendance Tracking complexity.
Experience with Workday Payroll, Absence, and Scheduling.
